CN Vegetation Management Program

CN advises they are beginning their Annual Vegetation Management Program in Sturgeon County. Vegetation that is on a railway right-of-way, if left uncontrolled, is a safety hazard.

As part of CN’s program, certified applicators will be applying herbicides on and around the railway tracks, mainly the graveled area.

CN assures that all product requirements for setbacks in the vicinity of dwellings, aquatic environments, and municipal water supplies will be observed.

Please visit CN Annual Vegetation Management Program for more information and to access their program schedule.
